Great vision on how to set up and run a modern hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and hotel was clean throughout. This is old building but maintenance has been kept up. I would get rid of the stick on pictures in the entrance and lift (looks s little chav). We liked the booking in system and the freedom of the hotel setup.

Be aware of this hotel. If things go wrong they do not take accountability. I am still awaiting a partial refund for mistakes they made and they wont even take responsibility for their mistakes! The rooms are tired looking and need some attention (pictures look better than actual room). Our room was double booked which took time to sort out. Rooms are also overpriced.

This hotel has huge potential. Needs updating to become more modern. I had to email reception twice for them to turn heating on as it was freezing! We also requested a room on a higher floor and a sea view we got a lower level apartment and a view of someone's back garden! Won't be staying again. Staff were really friendly and welcoming on arrival. Did like the free drinks for guests.
