Just had a stay at the hotel last ngt. Lovely large double room with shower. Very clean. Bathroom had a large cubicle shower modern toilet and sink. Clean bathroom flooring. The bedroom had plenty of storage clean bedding comfy mattress extra pillows. They have a nice indoor pool games room and lounge area etc. Lift to wash floor. Helpful polite friendly. Can order in take aways. Breakfast was cereals full English toast n jam tea or coffee and juice. Would definitely recommend

The place is a bit run down, but that is reflected in the price. Friendly staff. Clean room that was spacious enough. I didn't find the time to try the swimming pool. Great breakfast. Next to a lovely park which was nice to walk after breakfast. Quiet but for the fire alarm going off a couple of times between 7:00 and 8:00 on Tuesday morning, but it was shut off again before I had time to get dressed and leave my room.

Stayed in a family room for 2 adults and 3 young children. Room was very clean and good comfortable beds. Bath was a nice size and had a basic shower. Family room is above main car park and games area so got very noisy on an evening when our young children were asleep so could do with the hotel considering children's ages when selecting rooms. Decor is quite shabby and dated. Don't think a lick of paint and some fresh fittings would go amiss.

Food was distinctly average and B&B was pretty good. Did exactly what we expected it to, and wasn't too far away from the beach which was handy. Kids play park behind and inside pool was perfect for our kids, so that was nice. I reviewed so low because I left my Nintendo Switch and wireless earphones in my room. When I rang up and asked about them, I was given a load of nonsense and have the feeling that my stuff was taken.
The bloke on the phone seemed like he was trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. Nice to know that my stuff would be taken instead of kept safe for me. Hope you enjoy my stuff.

We have just had a lovely 3night stay with our 2 teenagers and little dog. Really can't complain! Brilliant.! Kids were happy with the game room and pool, very peaceful and quiet area. Breakfast served quickly, tasty and good portions. Local delivery services for food (due to not many places serving food just yet) cutlery and plates provided on request. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly be returning.thanks

Really unimpressed, in serious need of updating, looking very tired. Lift was supposed to be big enough for 4 people but 2 people with 2 bags filled it and still didn't feel safe, it was also not in use from 11pm til 7am which meant trekking around the labyrinth of stairs and corridors to find our room. Tried to book breakfast but they were at capacity, fair enough with current climate, however when we asked where we could go to eat we were given directions to non-existent cafes.
When we checked out the receptionist just took the keys and said 'Goodbye. He didn't even take the time to ask how are stay was. Would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

The staff are friendly & very helpful and the place is clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good powerful shower in our room. The pool was a nice touch. The decor etc is a little tired and the place a bit of a maze but my children felt relaxed there. Unfortunately the outside spaces have been neglected and are in need of repair.

I stayed in a bedroom of 4. It was nice and I gotta say the rooms were quite small and the staff were friendly. I had an English breakfast which was nice. I saw a swimming pool which was pretty small. I even wish there was a spa there. It would be enjoyable to stay there. I loved the view of Scarborough Castle and I was like wow. We left the hotel for Scarborough Castle and it was wow
