As always superb, the apartment was very clean and the staff accomodating. Definitely 5 stars.

This B&B was super clean throughout. The staff were fantastic with a special shout out for Suki she was great. Breakfast choice was 1st class. We have one minor criticism for us the room was a little on the small size and maybe a small set of drawers could be placed under the tea/coffee area, apart from that everything else would score 10 out of 10. Thanks for everything if we return to Scarborough we will be booking Helaina.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Highly recommend a visit. Good location to train station and city centre, about a 10- 15 minute walk. A 5 minute walk to Scarborough Castle. The view from front door is glorious.sea, sandy beach and sunny today. I opted for sea view room and well worth it. so relaxing.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Every thing needed for a relaxing break. I can't over emphasis the quality of the self contained appartment and the location, which has a panoramic view of the North Bay. Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone who appreciates high standards. You get what you pay for! Many thanks.

What a lovely lovely place! I was alone & visiting for work & everything was just right. Staff amazing, very stylish and so calm and quiet. Lovely touch of an honesty bar with treats & loads of books and mags to read. Best nights sleep in a while and gorgeous view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious and relaxed. Everything you want from an independent place - will be back! Thank you

Brilliant B&B for a trip to Scarborough. Beautiful scenery and a few minutes walk into the town centre. Scarborough Castle is about 5 minutes away and other sea front attractions are literally a few steps away. Wonderful staff and clean place.

Wonderful B & B. Excellent comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Very smooth check in / out. Fantastic staff. The decor is really nice too, as was the full English breakfast, which was inc. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed for one night and it was perfect. Staff were amazing. Very tidy and neat. Highlight was breakfast. Perfect location just opposite to nice panoramic view. No issues with parking if you reach on or after 5pm. All good. Will come back definitely.

Excellent view of the Beach. Super clean stylish B&B with friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Lovely warm rooms with quality furnishings, beds and fabrics. Food is spot on, fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. Will definitely be going back!

This is a 5 star rated B&B situated on the hill overlooking the North Bay. As B&B's go could not disagree with the 5 stars, all the rooms including the communal areas, lounge, breakfast room etc are decorated to a very high modern standard and are immaculate in respect of cleanliness and attention to detail. You have use of a very comfortable guest lounge with a honesty bar to use all decorated with local photos from a local photographer.

Breakfast is plentiful and all your needs are catered for, so you will definitely leave full and ready for the day ahead. Couple all this with a friendly host adds up to a great experience, definitely stay here again if visiting Scarborough again. www.thehelaina.co.uk/
