The food wasn't great. Brought menu beforehand still waited ages between courses. Everyone who had steak couldn't cut it. One steak was sent back. No atmosphere the list goes on

Nice place, very nice and helpful receptionist made us welcome and helped us out when we turned up late due to a car break down I would definitely recommend the place.

Brilliant hotel. The room was spotless, a great size and very comfortable. The staff were brilliant, and the full breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely stay there again (when the new bar & restaurant is completed).

So rude! Just walked up to The Coach House to see if they were serving outside. The proprietor stopped us in the car park to declare it was private property and literally evict us from the grounds. When we explained our presence was to attempt to be a customer she basically said nohwere is open and get out. Even when you do open we won't be coming back. Good luck with the business if you're going to treat people like that.

Brilliant and friendly service, you can order takeout from just eat and take it to your room. You just can't eat it in the beer garden outside reception. Everything else is very clean and well maintained. No issues at all. Love it.

Room clean and tidy. Staff very polite. Loved the shower. Would have given 5* if food in restaurant had been slightly better. Ideally situated to visit Pembroke town and the castle. Drinks in the hotel bar very reasonable
