The accommodation within offers family suites, double, single and twin rooms which are situated on the first and second floors. All rooms are en-suite, spacious and comfortably furnished, complete with flat screen Freeview televisions, complimentary toiletries, hospitality tray and radio/alarm clocks. A licensed bar, with conservatory, is located on the ground floor along with an inviting guest lounge and spacious dining room.

Accessed only via room 8, sleeps up to three children in a set of 'shorty' bunkbeds and a small single bed. Not suitable for adults. Situated on the first floor, room 1 contains a 5' double bed (which can become two singles) and a full size single bed.

Good location near Peasholme Park. Rooms basic. I had a twin room at top of house. Steps up to room narrow so these rooms not suitable for everyone. Drinks and kettle in rooms which were clean and functional. Good breakfast, full English served by lovely staff, smily and helpful.

Great hosts really helpful and accommodating, lovely clean room and facilities and fantastic location. In walking distance to everything Scarborough has to offer. Also, great breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

I recently stayed here on the 15th to 18th July, they was very welcoming, room was very spacious and clean looking onto a park very quiet and only a 5 min to 10 min walk to beach depending how fast you walk (LOL) the weather was beautiful, breakfast was lovely will definitely stay there again thankyou again for a wonderful stay x

The hosts were very nice to us, and the bed in our room was very comfortable and warm. The breakfast was a slight let down though, and if they could have given us better vegan options, I'd give them a five-star rating for sure.

We can't wait to come back. What a perfectly appointed establishment. Room was excellent. Along with the facilities. Secure parking. Best 2 nights sleep I've ever had and Glen - mine host, was the best host I've ever met. Can't wait to go back. Had a fabulous stay. Totally recommended!

This is an excellent small family orientated hotel. It is spotlessly clean the breakfast and service is first class. I travel in the UK on a regular basis and I can recommend this hotel as being at the top of my list for future stays during my next Scarborough visit. A first class hotel to be visited again soon.
