Had a lovely stay at this Hotel, room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and service first class. The breakfast menu had everything you could wish for and the food was delicious. Will look forward to a return visit.

It is what it is, well used place. Friendly staff, clean rooms. A little noisy at times. But the food especially the breakfast is fantastic. Fresh Scottish smoked haddock is my favourite and have it every time I visit.

Shocking service or should I say lack of it! Sat in the bar area and ordered food as two couples and one child. We were the only ones in there so shouldn't have been a problem. Waited around 15 minutes for someone to come and ask us for our drinks order. The food was okay but the service was truly shocking. No one came back to check on us or asked if we would like more drinks or anything else.

The bar was left unattended! Another group of 3 came in and no one came in to ask for their order. The receptionist from the main desk had to come through to take their order. Unacceptable!

Service and food second to none. Couldn't have contemplated anything better from most staff who couldn't do enough for us. Rooms could do with updating but warm and clean. Will happily stay again or visit for food.

Very good meal. Good menu and the service was excellent. The restaurant was busy, they had plenty of people on working. Definitely a favourite place to eat in Peterhead. Large portions.

Main course was average and the pudding we requested wasn't what we were served. The staff are working really hard but there is not enough of them one girl was running the bar, running reception, taking orders and serving the food.

Had a family meal today with 11 of us and it was fab. We had one lady who served us the entire time, drink orders, food orders and serving both. She was great. The food was plentiful and tasted amazing, no wrong orders and worth every penny. Thank you
