The staff were all exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. The food was superb! All the public areas were comfy, stylish and clean. The bedroom was great too.beds comfy. Shower was powerful but bit leaky, liquid soap would have been preferable to a tablet that kept falling in the sink! Electric chargers in car park would be good.

Went to a Macmillan meal here 100 people there, service was good all food arriving hot, cheese and crackers for dessert was lovely and tasty, most on our table had creme brulee with lemon shortbread which was delicious. Coffee also good, Plenty of parking, will go again, at Christmas the service was slow but all good now.

What a transformation, with the new owners taking this place to the next level I can only say WOW. The decor, the staff, the look and feel of the place is a complete transformation from old fashioned B&B style to a luxury, contemporary, cool hotel worthy of a stay over anytime and with any excuse. The restaurant is superb, with a fabulous chef who's menu is incredible. Whatever you do, dont view the suites, you will be booking in for a night out even if you live in Whalley, I did.
