The Lonsdale Villa, situated on the picturesque South Cliff is ideally situated for the Spa Conference and Entertainment Complex, Cliff Lift, Esplanade, Italian Gardens, Olivers Mount and the University. Scarborough's town centre, the harbour and many other attractions are all within easy walkin distance. For the more energetic there are plenty of coastal and countryside walks, the North Yorkshire Moors being easily accesible.

Jackie gave us a warm welcome and our room was delightful. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything that you could need. The beds were comfortable and cosy, the curtains made the room dark and zero noise from the quiet road, so we slept well. Breakfast was excellent, my husband had a full English breakfast each day and I had a lighter option. All was freshly cooked and Jackie was an attentive host if anything else was needed. Amazing value for money, highly recommend the Lonsdale, we would definitely return. Thank you both.

Stayed at this guest house many times always polite couple lovely location clean rooms and as a single person bedroom excellent for one person especially beeing above south shore excellent views of the bay,

Stayed for two nights the room was very spacious and immaculately well kept the breakfast was amazing from the selection of cereals to the fresh fruit salad to the cooked breakfast a five star place that I have recommended to everyone I know will be booking to stay again

Perfect from friendly owners to immaculate rooms. So comfortable Food is excellent. My only problem with the lonsdale villas is we could only stay for 2 nights. Would like to move in

Lonsdale Villa is a great guest house. We stayed last week, and our room was lovely. It was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was super - it sets you up for the day. Excellent value, will stay again when we next visit Scarborough. Highly recommended.
