Excellent all round - rooms very clean, comfortable and spacious; nice gardens to walk or sit in; great quality food and drinks; staff outstandingly pleasant and helpful. Lovely dining room in the conservatory. Very convenient for the city centre -20-30 mins walk. Not cheap but very good value. Will definitely return when in the area.

One of the best hotels I've visited, such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Nice gardens and surrounding area. The staff area extremely helpful and kind. The restaurant was closed when we visited but they offered us a table and plates if we wanted to order a take away. The breakfast was offered in their huge conservatory, served by two wonderful women or are polite and professional.
The building it self's has beautiful decorated walls with pieces of history to read and see. We stayed in the out building, separated from the main historical building. But still such a amazing and modern feel. The bathrooms a very spacious and the shower is to die for. The pressure and space in there it heaven and it has a separate bath. All in all and great place to stay and will 100% be returning.

We stayed three nights in a very attractive room in the annexe. The main part is a victorian mansion house and the annexe a modern addition separate from the main building. Due to Covid and Brexit the hotel is not doing evening meals but you are served an excellent breakfast with a large choice of hot and cold dishes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little way outside the main city centre in a residential area about a 30 minute walk or 8 minute drive.

The room was very spacious with a garden view and very well maintained. It was very neat and clean. There an unique calmness which we appreciated. The staff was very friendly and professional. Abundance of parking space for cars. The property is spread out in large area so it was great for morning and evening walks without leaving the comfort of the hotel. We will definately recommend the hotel. Felt like out in the country but only 20 minute walk to city centre.

Beautiful peaceful location. Felt like out in the country but only 30 minute walk to city centre. Beautiful walk at that, partially along the River Ness. Characterful building with immaculate well appointed spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Black out curtains. Very peaceful sleep therefore. Everything you could ask for already in the room.
Very good choice at breakfast served by professional friendly staff in tranquil surroundings. The whole experience plus in my view and I have stayed in many hotels of quality both here and abroad. This may be my 'go to' each time I come to this area. Thanks to the two ladies at breakfast for lovely service. I will be back!

Visiting tonight. Looked up on YELP for a restaurant. This was close so we thought we would try it. How lucky were we. Great restaurant with a awesome view. It is located in a glass house with wood floors. The four of us had See bass, chicken Alfredo, the steak pie, and roasted chicken. It all was terrific. We followed it up with the Sticky cake for dessert. Our server was Beth and she was a joy. Very friendly and answered all of our questions. If you are in Inverness I would come here in a heart beat.
