The issue of where to stay when traveling is a bit basic when we go on vacation; however it is one of the most important decisions for any trip since a large part of our budget will be spent on the hotel where we decide to stay, we will also need to be able to rest well and at ease to enjoy the day better, and, in addition, the final feeling you have of the trip may influence how you have felt during your stay at your hotel.
The truth is that there is no accommodation that is totally perfect because there are people who may like a central hotel and others will prefer to choose hotels in the suburbs.

From the moment we arrived we experienced brilliant hospitality, walking the Great Glen way with a B&B at the end of the day has been a marvellous experience. Kilmore Farmhouse treated us well, from the introductions and luxurious room through to the cooked breakfasts and wee touches, things like a slab of cake to welcome us back after day one or the detailed forms provided for breakfast choices. We are home now but have marvellous memories. Thank you.

This place is one of the most beautiful, warm and welcoming places I've ever been. We were greeted at the door and welcomed warmly even though we had only given 30 minutes notice before showing up. The lady who runs this place is nothing short of an angel and clearly has impeccable taste. The room was incredibly cosy and reasonably priced. The breakfast was also outstanding and served with a friendly chat. Overall, I would fully recommend a stay here if you are looking for a peaceful and happy stay!

We decided on a stopover in Drumnadrochit on our way south and found this lovely guesthouse right next door to a great pub (Benleva) which apparently serves good food. The reception we received from the owners on arrival made us feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. The furnishings in the room were of very high quality and it turned out to be the nicest room on our whole trip.
The breakfast room was a really nice place to eat with a sunny view over the garden and to the hills beyond. My wife and I both had a full scottish breakfast which was fab and set us up for our long journey that day. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE SCRAMBLED EGGS! Lovely stopover, beautiful house, great room and super friendly hosts.

One of our favourite stops along the Great Glen way. We spent 3 nights there. It is practically next door to the very enjoyable Benleva pub. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Very modernized conveniences without giving up the charm of the house. Hosts were very helpful at all times. Highly recommend this place.

Hi, I have recently done the Great Glen Way with my son on his first trekking. We had one stay at Kilmore Farmhouse. That was a perfect B&B after a long distance walk that day. Comfortable bed-room, perfect breakfast, very friendly owner - Angela. While a lot of B&B professionalized the contact with the guests and kept contacts to a minimum, Angela was really getting in touch and made good proposal for a Dinner. My son forgot something in the room which Angela quickly sent back to us - great service. We will come back.

We were a group of 3, the clean and spacious triple room in Kilmore Farmhouse was just perfect for us with en-suite bathroom. Wonderful hospitality from Colin and Frances. Breakfast by Frances was pretty nice too! Just 30 seconds away from a nearby pub, which is a nice place for dinner. Will definitely stay here if I am coming back again!
