Mansion House

All the staff were very welcoming and offered a very high standard of service. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast was the best I have had in s long time. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to freinds and family!

Just returned from 3 night stay in the Mahogany Apartment previously stayed in the Oak one once again cleanliness and facilities lived up to our expectations. The sea views from the lounge windows are breathtaking. The breakfast is definitely a 5 star, the choices on the a la carte menu cater for everyone and the newly decorated dining room looks fab. The Mansion House and all the team are well worthy of the 5 star rating that the hotel has. Thank you for a lovely stay we will see you soon.

We stayed here for a night this weekend (room 1) - booked it the day before and took our 16 year old daughter & our pomski dog Nala - the B&B was a delight, authentic, clean, rooms clean and good facilities. location was amazing, the honestly bar was brilliant and the B&B was so well run and so endearing. we love a 5 star hotel but this place we fell in love with and it would give any 5 star hotel in Dubai a run for its money, as it was so well run! - exactly what we was looking for. Breakfast was also amazing too. Feeling very relaxed after such a lovely stay - thank you x

Very comfortable stay for us. Room was very well catered for with a kettle, an abundance of tea, coffee, other drinks and milk. Bed was so comfy, bathroom stocked with towels and very clean. Shower pressure brilliant. TV and wifi. Plenty of storage for your clothes. If you don't hang the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of your door, drinks are restocked, bed made, bins emptied, towels changed if required - such great service.

Breakfast amazing. Never seen such a choice! My dietary needs were so well catered for and nothing was too much trouble. Really set us both up for the day. Thank you so much for your hospitality, all of you.

Lovely peaceful location with beautiful views out front. Room was perfectly sized, shower hot and powerful, bed lovely and comfy and the added extras for the dogs where very much appreciated! The breakfast was delicious! Very accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay I would highly recommend!

Free parking at the road side outside the hotel. Spacious rooms, well stocked bathroom, ie- towels, body wash, shampoo, body lotion. Face cloths too. We had a fridge in our room which was very handy. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and horlicks. A bottle of water too. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was next to no other. The choices offered is very impressive. Well cooked and well presented. Well done to all staff and thank you for a very nice stay.

Just awesome! Get our room -5 - first floor, awesome outlook! Everything is spot on! Attention to detail! Breakfast was equally brilliant! I had scrambled egg with smoked salmon - and creamed horseradish!

This was our 5th visit there- so warm n welcoming. Very clean and well worth 5 stars. Breakfast is lovely, excellent choice, something for everyone. Very friendly staff throughout, would recommend

We stayed at the Mansion House for two nights. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Our room was spot on. Lovely en-suite shower room. Comfortable beds, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, plenty of storage for clothes. Everything was just lovely. The location is as good as it gets! Sitting in the lounge near the real log fire looking out the window down to the beach, it doesn't get any better, or so we thought until we went down for breakfast, a very impressive dining room awaited us. Wow! Is too smaller word for the breakfast.

Not only was it plentiful but all ingredients were quality, & delicious. The whole house displays in pictures enough information, & history of the Town there is little point in going to the local museum, so much information shown in Beatiful pictures displayed around the house. One outstanding feature that will live long in the memory is the staff. Helpful, friendly, welcoming, they show a genuine care of their customers. Overall? Superb in every respect. *****

We stayed in room 17 on the top floor, lots of steps but a fabulous view over Scarborough. The room was immaculately clean, breakfast was great and we received a really warm welcome from all the staff. Lovely.

This is the first time I have stayed over at esplanade of Scarborough. All the time I have been to Scarborough I have never been over this way before. It was really nice. I really like the mansion house it was cosy and felt like home. The mattress was very nice also I slept very well and didn't want to get up. I will be going agsin. Very much so.

Just returned from a stay in Premier Sea View double. Clean, comfortable large room with fantastic views. Excellent breakfast and friendly, efficient staff. Second visit this year and will be back.

Lovely place. Good breakfast nice warm room. Owner very helpful. If you get a front room great views. Ideally placed for walk down to beach. Definitely go back.

Overall disappointed, room was up 6 flights of stairs, basic furnishings for a 5* and the shower was a complete waste of time. We did ask to move but was told hotel was full. Breakfast was good, we'd stay in Scarborough again just not here. 250 for two nights didn't seem value for money.

A lovely clean B&B. Very welcoming, caring staff, safety of those staying there made a priority. Lovely bedroom, fantastic breakfast both in the way we where looked after and the quality of all the food.

We stayed for three nights and had a great time in a family room. The Mansion House is well located, great views of the bay. We were well catered for at breakfast and all the staff were friendly and accommodating in a COVID secure environment. Thank You.

Fantastic atmosphere! Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bed and very dog friendly. Breakfast restaurant with a large choice of food (ordered from a la carte menu). I am very pleased as the place was clean, food very tasty and the staff there absolutely amazing! Definitely will be coming back as I felt very welcome and comfortable.

This was our 3rd stay at the Mansion House. It is in every way as good as they can reviews say. The management team have invested to make the hotel as covid safe and secure as it is possible to be. The room was well maintained and stocked and the breakfast is outstanding. Thank you to the team and we look forward to our next visit, assured of the high quality visit we will enjoy.

Such an amazing experience at Mansion House - very safe, very attentive staff upon arrival and departure, gorgeous breakfast, very hardworking staff (under seemingly busy circumstances with a full hotel) and helpful staff. All this, combined with the all the amazing things Scarborough has to offer, resulted in a brilliant time. Would highly recommend!
