Stayed here a few times now as I'm always working in the Highlands, brilliant location, massive warm clean rooms, brilliant easy check in, massive safe free car park, I'll be staying here all the time I'm working from home. We found the room bright clean modern and comfortable with a lovely view across the river. We found this hotel well sited close to local amenities and close enough to the centre of Inverness to be able to walk to if necessary. I had an unplanned visit to Inverness, I looked up Glen Mohr here on Tripadvisor, called at the last minute and they were very welcoming.

Great hotel. Stayed here a few times now for work. Can't fault hotel. Comfy bed. Powerful shower. Good size tv. Stand alone bath in cottage room 310. Nice big bath. Very clean room. The food in hotel is excellent too. Nice size portions. All freshly cooked. Only place I like to stay when I come to Inverness.

We had four river facing rooms. Absolutely worth it. Friendly staff and good service. Will visit again.

Terrible experience! The room was full of spider webs and the bathroom was extremely dirty! At the waterside restaurant, for breakfast, we had to wait 35 minutes for our food and we asked twice for some toast but we never received it. On another morning we waited 22 minutes only to take our order (which is just a form that you have to complete, but it took them 22 minutes to come and collect the form).

Building works going on while we stayed and had to park next to heavy construction - just something to be aware of. The classic double bedroom was run down too but it wasn't too bad since we were only there for one night.

I'd sure love to say we had a great experience at the Glen Mohr hotel, but simply put, it was underwhelming at best. The location and views were superb. That is where the benefits ended. The building is quite old, which doesn't bother us one bit, but the awful squeaky bed, horribly uncomfortable mattress (old with springs jamming everywhere), worn bedding, rattling windows, and slamming doors all night barely earn this hotel 2 stars from us.

If you want a restful night's sleep, this isn't a place for you. The breakfast included was mediocre and service was spotty. There are enough other places to stay in Inverness, I'd recommend looking elsewhere first.

Awful hotel. Should have read real reviews before booking! Room: Beds (mattress) old and tired. Room over looking staff break area and above kitchen so music and loud banter until 12am. Shower tiny and has mould. Sheets clean but worn. Attached view from window! Restaurant: garbage. Breakfast - 45 mins wait. some raw, some burnt to a crisp. Dinner, steak - way over priced, over cooked ultra thin "10 oz steak" (more like 4oz) ordered medium-rare & tough as old boots, undercooked chips, sauce - brown oil? Meant to be a juis. Just awful. Hotel is way out of it's own league. Don't waste your money.

Very spacious room. River view is lovely. Comfy bed. Bathroom spacious and very clean. Refurbished throughout the hotel.

Receptionist didn't come off the phone for a long time to deal with us so it felt like we were a nuisance rather than a welcome guest. Bedroom was dated and ensuite laughably small.

The radiator in the room make such a racket that I couldn't sleep. The mattresses need changing, not very comfortable at all. Our bathroom was tiny even though we were in a deluxe room. The best part was the view of the river! For a deluxe room I expected it to be bigger! The staff were helpful though. The towels they gave us were so small! The room was never cleaned all the time we were there, our bin was overflowing! We were there for 4 days! The bath is right next to the sink, I cracked my head on it when I was in the bath.

In room 521. which was an attic room with a poor layout. The only way to view TV was to sit on the one stool provided, no comfortable chairs. The TV not visible from either bed. After shopping we wanted to relax. Reported to our reception our concerns and else that the radiator was not fully heating as top half cool. Think it needed bled. Was told maintenance would attend to it, this never happened.

The receptionist said our concerns would be passed on to the manager but have heard nothing. Have been reading reviews about magnificent bathrooms ours was not needed updated V
