Staff at reception are very unhelpful and just tell you miss information just to get you to leave. I have been parking here for 6 months and have asked reception 3 times about renewing- each time I was told it would be fine to renew. On my renewal date I was out of the country (as I had told them before leaving) and they said sorry no spaces left and we cannot guarantee you will not receive a parking fine.

Disappointing the pictures online are not on the ground The fact that you book a room and when you go to the hotel they send you to another room and tell you we don't have any room they are all busy knowing that I paid the rent per night 114 pounds on the basis of the room extra I own the bedroom is very small I booked a room 18 meters but when I came here everything changed there is no other option it is disappointing and I do not recommend it

Do not come if you have an electric car - for some reason the cost is 30-40 to charge. There is no charger on the country that costs this much. Often hotel owners choose to offer a charge for free, or sometimes at cost price currently around 15p/kWh i.e 5-10 per charge depending on the vehicle. Clearly the owner does not have a green motivation. It would be cheaper for you to charge in a public car park owned by the council.

Gotta be one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The rooms smelt of sick/ sweaty feet, the rooms are too small the bathroom was so tired, the key fob for your door was huge, the doors slam and we even got woken up by the fire alarm at 7am on Sunday morning. Stay well clear from this dive I'm not surprised the staff didn't smile once, they have to work there. Honestly I couldn't wait to leave, put some money into your hotel, its like something from The Shining, i have stayed in far worse places but no i can't lie this is the worst hotel I've stayed in, ladies if your man books you into this hotel run a Mile

I do not recommend. Beds are uncomfortable and rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom in my room was small you could barely stand in it with the door closed (and I'm on the smaller side!) Car park is free but at-your-own-risk, and you should make sure to take pictures on arrival/ leaving to be sure you aren't charged for anything! Budget but not worth it, 1*

Clean place, small bedroom, very tiny bathroom, nice location. Some customers a bit noisy and slamming doors at night. Small tv and fan with remote control in room. Nice hard bed. Enough sockets (inclusing USB sockets). Small kettle. Some staff nice and polite and some others didn't look up to look at me when I greeted them and left the key. Smiling is free and a bit of customer care and politeness is not really that much to ask for.

Stay Inn used to be my hotel of choice when I was in Manchester but on my last stay I got a parking fine and the staff don't seem to care. The fine itself is annoying but wasn't the issue, it's the service I've received afterwards which is to treat me like I'm in the wrong and passing me from pillar to post. It's been a week since I received my fine and I've had to call them 6 times and email 3 times and it's still not resolved.

Good place to stay if you want to be as close to the city centre as possible and have a car to park for free. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Remote controlled fans are a plus. Location itself is not very attractive. One advice: when getting in or out of the room don't assume the door will fully shut itself, mine didn't and I had to shut it myself.

I came here needing somewhere on a budget as my job started in Manchester before my flat was ready. Gosh I wish I hadn't. Not only did my boss turn round after I was already checked in, in there and paying and overpriced fee for a single bed with a bunk bed above it to headbutt in the night, and tell me that the new offices weren't ready either, I just felt it was like dodgy motels I had stayed in with a more travel lodge / premier inn style price.
My requests were ignored when I booked, and the window wasn't able to shut and lock properly on the ground floor. The redeeming factor was that the staff were absolutely lovely, really kind and friendly, but even that wasn't enough to have me book another night there when my flat still wasn't ready. I stayed at a friend's, but honestly, I would have rather slept in my car!

I'm was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were simple and very nice, the bathroom was incredibly small and I think an ant would have to breath in. Saying that this is no problem as the shower and toilet work and you have room to use the both. Fair priced and well placed between the railway and centre. Staff were very friendly and more than helpful. Never tried the food there as we stuffed ourselves of pizza. I would recommend this hotel and will be using it again the next time I visit Manchester for a gig.
