Great location for staying with friends/family or on own. Recommended for those wanting a short stay close to the city centre.

Avoid this place at all costs, , they steal your money, refuse to give a refund, give you misleading information, then blame booking.com for there mistakes, booking.com blame them, so if you want to get robbed with paying them to be told, you can't get the room because you have a child, then book away

Bedroom was clean, staff friendly. I had no hot water but it wasn't really that much of an issue. Good location

Hotel advertises free WiFi but in my room I was so far away from the router that I had to use mobile data throughout my stay. No breakfast/food of any sort, rooms are small and the angled ceiling means you have to lean when going to the toilet. My lamp had light bulb and my wardrobe was two hooks and three hangers on the wall. Bed was alright though. Would not stay here again

Very nice multi-use hotel and great manager Andy who will cater to all your needs! Perfect rates for contractors and cool comfortable clean rooms with digital TV's, plus optional en-suite bathrooms. Off-road parking (3/day) and 24hr security and cameras. Excellent billiards table, bar with TV, draught & bottled beers, soft drinks and spirits. Array of chilled foods to buy in house, free tea & coffee, and vending machines for snacks and soft drinks 1.

Fast Broadband WiFi in lobby. Easy access into Newcastle city on 30&31 bus routes or 20minutes walk. Asda, Iceland, ALDI/LIDL, cash machines, fish and chip shops and excellent Indian food Balaz restaurant at next bus stop in opposite direction!

Well that defo what it was But had a good night meet new people in there friendly atmosphere just need some padded walls cos someone was making Some funny sound apart from that had a canny night.

Place is clean, apart from that it's awful, no breakfast, no tea and coffee in the room, room small and basic, not even a glass in the bathroom for a drink of water, tea and coffee available downstairs, carried it up 4 flights of stairs, is that sensible? Couldn't help spilling some. We would never book again
