Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at the International Inn. This hostels cleanliness standards is 5**, and that goes for the facilities too. They have a big living room/games room as well as a large kitchen where you can prepare your own food. The rooms were spacious and airy! The staff were so helpful and friendly and they arranged a good deal with me for a long stay :) they also sorted out an altercation I had with someone else in the hostel, and were very professional in dealing with the matter (Thanks Nicole, Jake and Natasha! ) The hostel isn't much of a 'vibe' per se but sometimes it can be good fun when people are playing pool and having a couple of drinks! My only gripe; The green light in the room and that there was only one kitchen knife for the whole hostel! XD Thaanks so much

Nice, clean and big rooms. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed clean too. Common area with Pool table and TV. Only for the hostel I would give 4 stars but the service is worth 5: Forgot a t-shirt in the hostel and they send it to me! Thanks for this.

Staff very helpful, rooms very clean my only complaint is we had a double room with en suite the shower we couldn't use because not enough space was provided to enable us to get in and out, it didn't concern us as the most important thing was the toilet, which we could use, we used the communal bathroom and shower here was a little better.

I am thankful for receiving me. I was there in 2013 because I didn't have a room to stay, I was scammed with a b&b, and the staff was very kind in offering me a room. The place is nice and it's good for a budget visit. The staff are nice and kind, and it's well located, very close to the main landmarks.

This is the place to stay. I have never come across any accommodation that has been like this. I was staying in the hostel and I have to admit although budget its the best 5 star hostel I've stayed in Staff are behind helpful and nothing is to small or little and it was amazing to not feel like a guest but a member of the family and to Abe any accommodation provide that feeling is amazing and this place gets my 5 stars if I could give it more I would. Thank you to all staff and I truly would recommend anyone saying here I truly would beautiful place and saff.

Very good value. I had a room in Cocoon, comfortable bed, good shower, clean and had everything I needed. Aircon makes it a bit chilly and there is a high heat electric radiator which works quickly.

Clean and quiet room in a hotel which has a great location. Very good price for what you get. The shower in our room was amazing and the bed really comfy. Only issue was the emergency light which stays on all the time and is really bright.

Nice and confy hostel very close to the center by walk. Very nice staff. The best beds I've seen in a cheap hostel so far. Nice social room and kitchen well furnished. Recommendable

This venue is marketted as a hostel offering some upgraded rooms (cocoons). Toast is free. The service is incredible and better than most hotels. Sure, sharing bathrooms and space is a pain sometimes. However, he room sizes are fairly large for England standards, laundry services are kept clean and offered at a reasonable price, and you cannot beat the staff.

They care about their customers and go the extra mile. I heard stories of helping long stay customers with finances and so much more. Personally they helped us deal with a friend who abused our offer to take a few items home for him. Amazing people.

Have stayed here a couple of times before. Excellent location and clean hostel. The staff are not the soundest/nicest I have met before. But I would recommend this as a cheap, nice well located hostel in Liverpool.
