Signet Apartments

Warren Close place managed by Signet Apartments was very clean and tidy. Regular service and maintenance was being provided. Apartments is very spacious and safe with two level locks. Really nice experience with our stay.

Stayed in one of Signet Apartments (20 Devonshire road Carlyle House) for the whole month of January 2022. The apartment is completely self contained and every thing you may need is there for you to use. Location is very good, close to Railway station and just up the road is a main road called Mill road where is a good bus service. Overall enjoyed my stay very well and the apartment is very modern clean and comfortable. Will definitely contact Signet Apartments again for when I need to travel to Cambridge in the future. Kees

A well located apartment - 30 mins walk from Cambridge centre, along the River Cam. 10 min walk to the co-op, 15 mins walk to a small M&S and a Sainsbury's. The apartment was very clean and well appointed - washing machine / tumble drier / oven / hob/ microwave and good wi-fi. Hotel quality bed and linen - walk in shower / balcony. Nice walks from the apartment. A real home-from-home. Couldn't find fault. Thanks Signet!

Signet is superb choice of my stay in Cambridge. The apartment is so safe and clean. Their staff are prompt responded and professional services provided. I will choose Signet for next stay in Cambridge definitely.

Really lovely accommodations close to everything! We were in a huge bind having just moved to the U.K. and our original accommodations fell through. So we inquired about this apartment very last minute. Anton responded immediately, had housekeeping come over to make sure things were clean, picked us up some wine & pizza, & met us at the property in just a few hours.

The unit itself is very lovely, spacious with 2 bedrooms, a full bath with a large tub, washer/dryer, dishwasher, & separate living room. We are having to do our quarantine period with 2 young children so between all of the accommodations of the unit and the abundance of food locations nearby able to deliver, we couldn't have asked for any better apartment/hotel.

We really are grateful to Anton for being to kind to us and treated our situation with both urgency and empathy. I would highly recommend staying here and working with them as their care for both the unit and their guests is very apparent.

I have had 7 stays with Signet Apartments over the last 2 months. Each one of them has been great. Really nice, luxury apartments, that are clean, tidy with a lot of home comforts and facilities ready to settle in with for your stay. Staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. Someone is always on hand to meet me for check in. Couldn't ask for more from Darren and his team, and would highly recommend Signet Apartments to anyone. Thank you to the whole Signet Team!

Plus: The setting and location for this property is a plus. Close to downtown and within walking distance for numerous things. The property is newer and up to date. The size is smaller but that is consistent with all other properties in the area. Our one bedroom flat was just under 500 square feet. Food delivery options and well other services are numerous, same with options for dining and evening events. Negative: The bed is HARD and probably the cheapest mattress I've ever slept on and I travel often.

The utensils to cook food with are few and the knives are flat out dull. Couldn't cut a tomato. The pots/pans don't work on the stove. They provide 3-4 to use but only one worked. Stove is convection and the pans were not. Lids for cooking were unavailable for the size of pans. Difficult to cook. If you are from somewhere else, you will have a power trouble with Europe plugs like hair dryers and such if you bring them.

The shower didn't work. We had to use the hand wand to wash. Mentioned it to the management on day two. They were aware, but never sent anyone to fix it. We stayed in the apartment for five weeks. To be honest, I've had worse. Yet, we paid a bunch for five weeks to stay there too. All in all, if you want a great setting, don't plan to cook much inside, and don't care what you sleep on then this place is great. If you need a place to stay for a bit, then I'd check a bit.

Brilliant accommodations right next to the train station and very close to addenbrookes hospital. Staff were always friendly and very quick to help with any queries. Fully furnished apartment and felt very safe at all times. House keeping was present every week however, I didn't require this. Very modern and up to date apartment! Enjoyed my stay here! Would definitely come back again! Thank you!

Signet Apartments provides the best accommodation in Cambridge that I have ever set foot in. The interior is one that is modern yet comfortable and makes you feel at home. The facilities are of high standards and the apartment is fully equipped with all the necessities and more. I was pleasantly surprised to find additions such as dishes, kitchenware and some essentials.

This helped me settle in and saved me a lot of time sourcing the resources myself! The location is perfect- you have easy access to bus routes, train station, city centre, the hospital and many local amenities. The area is well kept, with stunning courtyards and friendly residents. I thoroughly recommend Signet Apartments to anyone. The best accommodation in Cambridge by far.

My family and I stayed at Signed apartments from 27 Dec to 16 Jan during our move to the UK from Switzerland. The apartment was very good but special mention goes to staff. We had to quarantine, so they made the grocery for us and assisted during a particularly challenging period. Kudos to Darren and team, well done!

I would like to leave a review to say how amazing Signet apartments have been. They flats are clean, well furnished and spacious. The owners have been nothing but helpful, helping me when I locked myself out on night 1, to getting my letterbox key. They reply to emails very quickly. Overall they have fantastic and I highly recommend the properties.

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks. It's on the top floor, with a large balcony, large windows ask over (double glazing!), floor heating, washing machine and dryer, everything brand new and very clean. Close to the station and convenience stores.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely stay in a modern and sparkling clean apartment in central Cambridge. Our stay surpassed all expectations, we were sorry to leave. Would recommend to any and all. Thank you Signet team

I always enjoy staying at Signet apartments while visiting Cambridge! I have stayed in three different apartment buildings now, and all have been wonderfully comfortable and updated with all of your at-home amenities, giving it a warm and homey feel. I particularly like that dish and laundry soap is provided and that there is a washing machine (it's nice to be able to do laundry right in your apartment while traveling!), and that there are nice bath and shower amenities also provided with each stay.

The locations of the apartments I've stayed in have been excellent, close to the train station and also to the city center. Darren and the entire Signet team have always been very responsive and accommodating, and I always look forward to my next stay with them!

Absolutely fantastic staff, from management to the cleaners, all so helpful and friendly. The quality of the apartment was excellent and in a very good location with easy walking distance to town or two minutes to the railway station go travel further afield. Always felt safe in a very clean well kept environment. Would not look anywhere else if going to Cambridge.

Very comfortable and convenient apartment, close to the centre and to where I was working temporarily. Plenty of space, spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. An excellent base for anyone needing somewhere nice to stay.

We loved our stay with Signet Apartments, it was luxurious and met all our needs. Everything was done to ensure our comfort and it was very convenient for the Town and Railway Station. It felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. We will definitely stay again as we are regular visitors to Cambridge.

We had a beautifully appointed top floor apartment. The sofa was most comfortable but the dining chairs could benefit from cushions! The kitchen was well equipped and a perfect laundry cupboard in the hall. Super bathroom with really good shower. The bedroom had plenty of cupboard space and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the views from the terrace over to the Botanic Gardens and beyond.

The apartmemt gardens were also most attractive and well maintained. Deck chairs were provided free of charge when the sun came out. The proximity of the flat was ideal for Addenbrookes, the town centre, and the train station. Your staff are to be complemented on their service cleaning the flat and changing the linen. We had a most enjoyable visit to Cambridge.

Stayed here for work. The apartment was super convenient to the train station and my office. Arranging the booking was super easy (online and even a last minute change to my departure date). The staff is friendly and very responsive. A quick phone call and I was able to meet the manager to collect keys in front of the apartment. He even gave a quick tour.

I found the apartment exactly as described. It isn't anything fancy, but it is warm and comfortable. One thing I wasn't expecting were the toiletries and cleaning up on Fridays! It was a happy surprise! I highly recommend them for any length of stay. I look forward to staying with them again.

I really enjoyed my 2 weeks stay at their apartment. It's gorgeous and very clean! It has everything you need and even has a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine with free coffee capsules! The welcome pack is also a very nice perk! Their customer service is really top notch. Loved it! Really worth your money!

Can warmly recommend Signet apartments. The service and helpfulness from the team has been really great. Needed a very late check in because of late arrival of flight in Stansted, it was no problem and they met me outside of station close to midnight. On the day of my return and had a flight in the evening, they kindly offered me to leave my suitcase until late afternoon in the room, it was really helpful. The kitchen, rooms, toilets, living room was also super and wifi was great. I had a very nice and comfortable stay.

This is my first time in Cambridge, UK, and I would stay at a Signet property in the future. I stayed in the Triangle Apartments (colleagues were in Ceres across the courtyard). The flat is clean, minutes from the train, and a close walk to shopping and restaurants. The customer service from Signet was just fabulous!
