West Street, the main thoroughfare in the city centre, is home to Sheffield’s greatest concentration of bars, clubs and restaurants and is very popular with young professionals. I would like to thank the staff who really made our stay so special, they were so helpful.The communication before we arrived was excellent, we were able to alter a booking without any difficulty. When we arrived we were shown where to park and shown around the apartment. They were very helpful in allowing a family member to check in early. Their help really made our trip so much more enjoyable. The apartment was a fantastic location too

This was the 1st time that I had used serviced apartments and I travel a lot and I have to say that I was impressed with the size, location and the flexibility that it gave me and I would certainly book again, I received a 5 star experience from the moment I booked with clear instructions on what to do on arrival and some good local knowledge given when shown around the apartment

I was up in Sheffield on business and was given a free upgrade to the penthouse apartment. The staff member who checked me in was very helpful in showing me around my apartment and how the appliances worked. The apartment was fantastic and had everything I needed for my stay, the city crash pad team was helpful throughout my two week stay. I would definitely recommend this to friends and City Crash Pad are significantly better than hotels. The booking process was efficient. I was greeted by extremely warm and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The apartment was fabulous and I only wished I could have stayed longer! Thank you so much.
