We stayed in Fitzrovia Studio I W1 for 4 nights in mid-October 2015. It is located within easy walking distance of Covent Garden, the West End, and Trafalgar Square. We were the first guests in this new flat. You don't have to juggle keys. Both the building and the flat are accessible by means of a key pad. It is an attractive place, quite spacious for a studio.

The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood, although lively on the Saturday evening, was generally not too noisy. The bathroom is large, well appointed, and well-supplied with hot water. I wouldn't want to cook for six in the kitchen. But when would I need to? And where would they sit? Although small, the kitchen is efficient and also nicely appointed.

It could have used a few more settings of cutlery and some larger cups and glasses, but they will probably be coming. The clothes washer did a fine job. There is no drier, but the towel warmer in the bathroom worked a treat, and there is also a large drying rack. The people from The London Agent could not have been nicer. We had a situation where we were already in London without an adequate place to stay, and they found us a place and took care of the formalities in about a day and a half.

When we travel to London, we usually opt for a one-bedroom flat, but given how comfortable and pleasant this one was, we will certainly consider it for a longer stay the next time.

I recently spent 13 nights at the Covent Garden Opera flat. The location is fabulous, with pubs, restaurants and stores all an easy walk away. The kitchen well equipped, and the furnishing more than adequate for a very comfortable stay. It is located on the interior of the block, with pedestrian only access, so it is very quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the streets only 2 minutes away. Jennifer was very quick to resolve the one issue I had, and made sure to let me know that a contractor would be in at some point to do a minor repair that had been previously reported.

All in all, working with Jennifer was easy and stress free, just what I want for a relaxing vacation. I fully plan to see what they have available the next time I head to London.

I had a lovely stay at the Modern Bloomsbury Studio at Byng Place. I was there for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The flat was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The kitchen was convenient for cooking breakfasts in the morning, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean! The flat had all of the things I needed for my vacation. I was traveling alone and the flat was plenty large enough for me and could've fit at least one other as well. It was less than 5 minutes away from multiple underground stations with restaurants and pubs very nearby. I will definitely stay here again if I return to London!

We stayed in the Covent Garden-Opera apartment for 9 nights. Booking, payment, and all correspondence were easy and efficient and staff were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning and booking process. The apartment was exactly as represented in the online profile. The location was outstanding and we were pleased at how quiet the apartment was, due to its location off-street in a very busy neighborhood.

The rates were quite reasonable compared to the many comparable apartments we researched in central London and we benefitted from being in walking distance to so many great locations (or a quick tube ride all over the city). We found the apartment very well-kept and well-equipped. The only small criticism regards the couch in the apartment which appears rather worn and is not terribly comfortable.

Since it's the only substantial seating in the living room, we thought the apartment would benefit greatly from an upgrade there. Having said that one small thing, we would happily stay here again, and if our travels bring us back to London in the future, we would love to work with the London Agent again.

My wife and two teenage sons stayed at the Bloomsbury III Garden Flat this summer. The process was easy and the flat was very clean and well organized. Building security was top notch and we were very close to the Russell and Euston stations. Several restaurants and a Waitrose grocery were within a 5 minute walk. This was a great location to use as a home base for exploring London.

I had a lovely stay in Jennifer's flat with my family which is only 10 minutes far from Victoria Station and just in front of useful bike-rental service. The flat is comfy, quiet and clean, beds and pillows are soft (maybe too much if you suffer from backache) and you can find any sort of accessories in the house, including electric adapters. I would recommend it to my friends.

We stayed at the Comfortable Waterloo Home for 7 nights. The home easily accommodated 5 adults and 1 toddler for sleeping arrangements. In fact, the manager brought us a brand new blow-up mattress the night we arrived, because our toddler was too tall for the provided pack-n-play (cot). What exceptional service! The only area that could use some improvements was the living room.

There is a sofa that sat 3 adults and a chair for 1 adult, which left 1 adult on a dining room chair. After a long day of touring London, no one wanted the dining room chair. Maybe a sectional sofa or a love seat instead of the chair would help? The location was exceptional! Right between the Waterloo and Southwark stations, great for using public transit, or a short taxi ride to everything.

There are good restaurants, pubs and grocery stores nearby. The home is above a daytime cafe which had some unusual smells in the mornings, but was closed by 5pm. The street is busy due to the theaters on either end. Overall a great experience. I'd highly recommend the London Agent and this home to anyone traveling to London.

The apartment was in a wonderful location and proved to be quite adequate for a week in London. The staff was very responsive to the minor problems we encountered (these would not be typical for other renters.). The furnishings are not luxurious as you can tell by the pictures, but the bed was quite comfortable and the entire apartment felt spacious. Would recommend.

We stayed in the Barter Street apartment. We were met at the door for a simple check-in process; the check-out was equally easy. The place was lovely and clean and the location was just perfect for us. The apartment was very comfortable, with all the facilities that we needed - very comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom, and comfortable lounge to eat and drink in the evening. An easy walk down to Covent Garden; and a bit further to Oxford Street for some serious shopping.

A Sainsburys supermarket on the corner, and a Waitrose just down the street. And don't miss the Princess Louise pub on the main street - absolutely beautiful place for an afternoon pint.

We enjoyed the Pimlico Flat for 10+ days. It is a very comfortable 2 BR & 2 Bathroom flat, with a cozy sitting room that has a gas fireplace that came in handy on a few blustery days. The kitchen is well equipped except you need to bring your own coffee maker. There was a small coffee press with no base, so inoperable. The flat is down a flight a stairs so can be challenging for older travelers.

I would definitely recommend this flat for an extended stay in London. It is located in between the Victoria and Pimlico tube stops and the 24 Bus stop is very close and takes you to major museum stops.
