4* simply because of the stairs, we asked for a low floor due to medical problems. Bit of a mix up the first night but was quickly sorted the following day. Although no first floor we were given second floor which was much better. Both rooms were very clean and fresh plenty of tea, coffee etc also no problems getting clean towels. If we were fit and well we would stay again but need somewhere easier in future.
