Our Guesthouse is based on the ourkirts of Llanwrtyd, smallest town in the UK (700 inhabitants) and makes the perfect retreat and base for exploring the largest area of unspoilt natural beauty in the UK. We have the cleanest air in Great Britain. Being based right in the centre of Wales, Cerdyn Villa is the perfect location for touring throughout the country.

Cerdyn Villa guest rooms have ensuite showers, complementary tea/coffee and biscuits, mini fridges in order for us to provide fresh milk, TVs with satellite channels, DVD players and WIFI.

Our breakfasts are hearty and delicious with meat products from local farms, eggs from our own 'free to roam' hens, home made bread and veggie options.

We provide our guests with flexible checking in and out times and full access to their room and guest facilities throughout their stay. We can also provide packed lunches and/or evening meals on request.
