Lovely welcome from the owner. He showed us to our room which was clean and plenty of toiletries and tea and coffee plus hot chocolate and biscuits, nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was very nice a good choice of cereals, Breakfast was cooked to order nothing was too much trouble. Will be back

Just had 4 nights here. Very clean and comfortable with a friendly host. Perfect location for a short walk into the city and the University. Will visit again

Excellent breakfast - whatever you would like to have, it will be freshly cooked for you and it is very delicious. We had a comfy stay there with very friendly and helpful staff as well as a wonderful cathedral view and birds singing in the morning. Will be back soon! :-

Great experience, really clean, staff is really kind and helpful and the location is perfect. I am so happy with how friendly the place is, even when the guest is non-English speaking. 100% recomended.

Very nice guest house, cheap and clean. Located in a very good position since it is close enough to the town centre. The host is also very friendly. Worth to consider if you plan to visit Canterbury.
