If you're heading to the open air theatre, then this is the place to stay. They will even offer you dinner earlier than normal or if you prefer you can order sandwiches for your return. Don't bank on good food at theatre unless you like hotdogs, burger and pizza. We didn't have time to use the spa facilities but they looked amazing. This is a hotel we will definitely be putting on our "to return" list.

Stayed here to break a journey just the one night. Room was very small but suffice for one night. Bed was comfy and the room spotlessly clean. Breakfast very good and we had an evening meal. Plenty of choice and cooked to perfection. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. I couldn't find fault with this hotel. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

It's a great price with really good facilities. Rooms comfortable but some updating required, better TV and Shower heads that can be adjusted for spray type. New location in Scarborough for me and I liked it. Will be staying again. Breakfast for 10 is good value for money. Loved the swimming pool with jacuzzi and steam room. I'll be back.

Bemused how this is hotel is only rated at 2 stars. Loved the pool, steam room and jacuzzi (heated pool was a big bonus) The room felt homely and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The food all round was fantastic along with the service. The games room was a lovely touch with 2 pool tables, table tennis and an array of board games. Great value for money and would certainly reccomend, hopefully be back soon.

Just returned from an over night stay what an excellent time we have had, there were 3 x families of 4. The teenagers were kept entertained with the games room and the spa facilities. Adults were happy in the Lounge / bar. We also stayed for breakfast and evening meal, excellent food, the staff were very welcoming. Location was ideal for us to get a lovely walk in. Will definitely be returning

Fabulous food, perfectly cooked, so tasty and beautifully presented. The dining room and lounge bar were beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff had rearranged seats and tables in the lounge bar (before we arrived) to accommodate our group of 12. The staff were efficient and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The location is good, the staff are brilliant nice, friendly and efficient, the hotel is a little dated but that was not an issue, room nice and clean, bed ok, shower quite good. I would say for a 2 star it is exceptional, breakfast very good and good quality food. Nice bar area. Would I go back yes without a second thought. Hope to be going back early next year.

I stayed from Friday 19th Nov for 2 nights. Wow what a lovely Hotel a little bit out of the way up near Peasholm Park but it's a lovely walk along sea front. Although I didn't eat at hotel the dining room were busy morning and night. I enjoyed my swim in the 30ft pool this morning. The staff are so friendly and really helpful nothing is too much trouble.
I had a single room not big but had a double bed more than enough for one person. Everything you want the room were clean over all the hotel clean and inviting I will definitely be returning at some point.
