Barking Hotel

Nice place to stay over night. Good price ranges. Positive and respectful stuff.

Where do I start? The walk to the room was troublesome. The stairs were far too steep and seemed like they were designed for a giraffe to walk up. Also, the location of the room was not the greatest either. Let me exploit the actual rooms provided by the hotel now. Firstly, the toilet and shower is in a box far too small. I've seen dogs given bigger kennels than this, so if you are on the overweight side of the scale, or obese, I strongly would not recommend a stay here. Secondly, the walls are so thin, therefore limited my ability to demolish the stunning girl I was staying with. Thirdly, the fridge below the wardrobe did not look like a fridge, which caused me to leave all my drinks by the window in attempt to keep them cold.

I looked more like a fridge than that did. Terrible. Finally, there is a dangerous, little step as you walk into the shower. No hazard signs are printed, which makes it a little death trap. As a tap water lover, the one star was awarded here for their decent tasting tap water.

Was supposed to stay here but redirected to another hotel about a five minute walk away, which smelt funny and you had to go up steep metal outdoor stairs in to get to the room. The room and bathroom were clean but the door with access to outside was propped open with a paint tub so it was quite cold.

Such a warm welcome, the rooms a clean well serviced each day the staff are very friendly and helpful

The worst hotel on the plantation. Jesus Christ I would put a cockroach in here for a night.turn up 49 on the door take you up to a very small room claim it's a double rooms unfurnished smelly.woke up in the morning too builders throwing rubble into skip at 7:30am.only then too look on the floor and see my bag covers in hundreds of red ants I told the manager and he said would we like to extend our stay hear what a joke.the bed had fleas and our tv didn't work I don't recommend anyone ever staying here unless your are homeless they should be letting people stay in these rooms for free do not go here

Horrible, dirty place. The bathroom was VERY small and not very clean. We found a mouse in the bathroom when we came back one night and the owner tried to blame us for bringing it in? (the mouse was literally already in the bathroom, it came through the wall because of some freaking tiles were missing!) To be fair, we were offered a different room, which was only slightly better.

The owner, however, decided we deserved some sort of punishment for complaining, so he went ahead and threw a bunch of heavy objects (couldn't see what it was) into a big metal garbage container AT TWO IN THE MORNING! What a great guy! The decor of the rooms also seemed quite outdated but I guess that's a matter of preference. All in all not a great stay.

If i could rate 0 stars I would! Advertises as breakfast included but when you arrive down in the morning to be told they don't do breakfast is shocking! Advertises tea and coffee in the room, another lie! Parking on site is tiny little car park no where near the hotel! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

Amazing experience. Spent a night in this hotel with my partner and the room was perfect. A beautiful and homey little room with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. The room was clean and the building was easy to get to with how close it is the the tube. I loved this room and the service was amazing. I accidentally left a Paddington Bear behind and contacted them immediately.

They are holding him for us so we can pick him up. The staff here are responsive and so extremely kind. They are amazing people and this hotel is great! Thanks to the staff for providing this experience for myself and my fiance

We paid 140 for a 3 people room the size of a shoe closet. For a night. The toilet was tiny, almost no sound isolation. The plus is the heating was on, and the room was clean and warm.

Super place to stay. I'm staying long-term working for the NHS 111 call-centre nearby. The staff are awesome and always helpful. I'm here for two months - my room is perfect for what I need. The heater and fridge are the two most precious devices in there. The TV is left on the news channels so I can keep up to date with this terrible virus situation. The Wi-Fi is really fast and reliable. Thanks Ali (the manager) for looking after me.
