Had a wonderfully relaxing time. Room was lovely and clean. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and was reasonably priced, and the portions were generous. Can't wait to go back in 2024.

We had a great experience and an wonderful time there. We stayed in the room 1 witch was actually a flat with seating are and also a dining area, everything was tidy and clean, including bathroom. We had a fantastic see view. The staff was very friendly, pub staff as well, food was good, we had a delicious breakfast included in the room price.

Great location, the bar has good variety of drinks. Quite a busy place good atmosphere too. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was nice but first time we've experienced having to order set Breakfast. Used the pool it was lovely. Was told this facility was free but they were going to charge me. Overall pretty happy

Stayed for one night in early March 2022. I was really impressed by the hotel the welcome and the staff and will definitely return. The room was large and consisted of a double bed and single bed. Very clean and comfortable too. There is a swimming pool on site which incurs a small surcharge to use. The hotel also encompasses Applebys which is where you will have your breakfast too Applebys serves breakfast and has an all day menu and 2 pool tables and a huge range of drinks available too, well worth a visit too.

You can have one of a few options for breakfast as well as help yourself to toast coffee cereal and juices too. Your full english, if you choose, is cooked as you want it and comes really hot. A really great location close to the sea front and about a 10 minute walk from the main area of town. Well worth staying in with everything it has to offer and its location.

We feel we were misled by the photos of this hotel on the website. We were given two rooms which were not really in the hotel, they were in the car park. The outer wall is all glass so we did not feel we have any security or privacy. Cars were parked only about 2 meters from our doors, and the beds were very close to the doors. The bathroom in room 24 was not clean, there were spots on the toilet seat.

Given coronavirus situation we did not feel safe with the hotel's standards of cleanliness. Some members of the staff were nice and friendly, some were extremely rude - a waiter told us "go and make yourself some tea, I am very busy, I have only one pair of hands" when we asked to order a breakfast after sitting and waiting for half an hour. He also said he did not care what we think and to go if I did not like it here. We did not want to stay in that hotel. The hotel's manager offered the refund, we took it and left, cutting our holiday short. It was an awful experience.

I enjoyed my stay I had a sea view from the room, it was quite large and ensuite. It has sky TV, free wifi, limited free parking and breakfast tea/coffee making facilities I would say in summer months it would be packed and pretty loud.

Seaside hotel. Comfy bed. Good shower. Nice breakfast for 2 includes in the price. Right next to the sea. Its not the ritz, but what more can you want than a Good night sleep and a fully belly.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Two minute walk to the beach and give minutes into town. Room was good sized with a nice sea view. There is a little noise from other guests moving about. All in all a very nice place to stay. Would have given four stars but for the breakfast and evening menus. no fishy and chips on the evening/lunchtime menu (it's a stone's throw from the fishing harbour!). At breakfast there was no provision for muesli and the orange juice was not chilled. Would happily stay here again and am more than happy to recommend it to others.

This is our second visit to The Heritage and probably won't be the last, the staff are always polite and helpful, good supply of coffee, tea any biscuits in the room and a good fried breakfast in the morning to start the day with.

Our overnight stay was perfect. cooked breakfast was just OK. when it says "mushroom" we didn't even get that.just 1/4! Our only gripe.thought it was measly. Apart from that, clean and spacious room. Shower took getting used to but all good!

OK for a cheap B&B, not worth the 160 pounds a night we paid. Tiny, grubby beds. Dirty rooms. Owner couldn't care less. The staff were great though, really friendly. Nice pub amd breakfast.

Nice stay but towel rail or radiator didn't come on to dry our towels for the morning even though I asked and they said it would come on Health suite needs work doing on it but nice pool Good breakfast

Another amazing stay at this lovely relaxed hotel. The staff are so friendly & always greet you with a big genuine smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Looking forward to our next visit.

Warm welcome from owners, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. Most rooms were adequate size one of our party had a very small double room which was disappointing. Rooms were clean, towels changed regularly and bed made daily. Tea and coffee facilities in room along with biscuits. Disappointed guests only had use of the pool for an hour in the morning and evening both near meal times. Car parking was free but limited although we always managed to find a space for the 3 cars. Hotel in good position would recommend.
