Brooklands Hotel

Stayed here for a night due to having an event at MB world. Everything was generally fine. The rooms are big, and comfortable. The bed is also huge and comfy enough for a good nights sleep. My room was quite noisy until fairly late, noise from the laundry services is enough to keep a light sleeper up for a while in the closer rooms. Breakfast was well orchestrated and pretty good as a buffet.

We didn't stay at the hotel but went for a massage at the spa. Other reviewers reported they were not friendly. The issue must have been resolved we found them helpful and friendly. Bart our masseur was friendly, respectful and knew his craft. Would definitely recommend booking in with him you won't regret it.

Booked via their website which was quick and easy. Check in was efficient - staff very pleasant. First stayed here in a family room in 2016, so noticed some wear and tear in the room on the headboards. We booked another family room, which is spacious and comfortable. Ours overlooked the racetrack, providing entertainment for the kids. Beds are great.

Only point I would call out is that they need Nespresso machines to replace the instant tea/coffee offerings. Otherwise, it's a brilliant hotel if you need to stay in and around Weybridge.

Went to Brooklands spa on sunday morning with my friend. What a lovely treat! The beach room was great, hot tub on balcony was divine and the bed room was so relaxing. We had a great day! Felt very clean and the 2 receptionist were so friendly they could not do more for you. Would recommend to friends for a nice little spa treat

My partner and I really enjoyed our spa day from start to finish. All staff were friendly and happy to help. The lady who did my exfoliating rub and wrap was really nice to talk to and did a great job. We both left feeling very relaxed!

I loved everything in this hotel. The service was great and nice, the bar was beautiful, room especially amazing. Love the shower and bed and cosy bedding. I hope I could enjoy myself more at the hotel but I had a lot of work so I couldn't enjoy it enough, that is the only sad thing about the hotel. Oh, one more thing. Breakfast is not that hopeful. Everyone was so nice but the food is. sadly didn't.

I stayed here for one night because we had an event at Mercedes-Benz world. It is the first time I have stayed in this hotel and I was very impressed. Managed to get a room overlooking the track so I was able to see the cars speeding round and on the skid pan. The hotel is very modern looks very spacious and the staff were all excellent. The room was large, bright and modern with an excellent bathroom. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the railway station, but managed to get an Uber no problem.

Another very enjoyable stay! Glad to have received a much appreciated upgrade to a 'panoramic suite' Thank You.even if the stay was too short to enjoy it! Parking has become much easier since you started charging non-guests. I can see that new pillows and towels have been purchased and not gone unnoticed. Would like to see cold meats & cheese back on the breakfast buffet though. Will be back as usual as regular visitor to Weybridge!

Good hotel with great views at the front but if you get placed at the back the view is very different. Food OK and staff OK. Room got changed as it stank of damp - new room was big and empty and lots of blank space with an interesting view of the skip and carpark - very different to the front view. The issue with the rooms is the windows can not be opened so you can not get circulation of air so it feels hot and stuffy with no clean air. Beds a soft and big but comfy enough.

The service provided here is excellent. The staff go above and beyond for any requirements. Be prepared it is very expensive. But you do very much get what you pay for. Food was amazing! Spa was lovely aswell although the time slots for the jacuzzi could be monitored slightly better as some people had clearly out run their time slot. Thanks for having us!

Great room very nice beds also wet room to shower no standing in a bath with a curtain. But standard of people's dress at breakfast was awful. Sorry but I take pride in my dress.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast and I enjoyed both. My little comment maybe requesting more biscuits at the tea/coffee station in the bedroom. Besides the above, my stay was very pleasant

Woow please book this hotel if you are looking for an EasyJet style of service. I booked for bed, breakfast and dinner and to my surprise, I was supposed to have known that I have to call and book a time for dinner which was not written any where on my booking confirmation email. So I was booked for 9:30pm for dinner having arrived at 4pm. At dinner we realized that almost half of the items on the menu were not included in our package.

Use of the leisure facility also came with an extra charge. The breakfast was good but if you want hot chocolate, you will have to pay extra. When checking out, you have to queue to pay 10 for parking. I will not recommend and will not be going back.

Had a lovely overnight stay. An amazing facial in the spa, really top notch dinner, comfy bed and then after a very filling breakfast, spent the morning using the spa facilities. Great opportunity to reconnect with the hubby.

The stay was excellent! Both myself and a friend stayed for the Fast and Fabulous package, and from the minute we arrived at Brooklands we couldn't have asked for better. The staff were so attentive and the entire experience went so smoothly. The spa facilities and treatments were fantastic and the entire stay was faultless.

Lovely hotel with excellent food and friendly staff. Our room overlooking the racetrack was modern and spacious with a very modern bathroom - the shower was amazing. The bed was comfy and the only two minor criticisms were the pillows were hard and no net curtains - the view was obliterated as we had to keep the drapes closed most of the time. I would definitely return

Stayed here as a guest attending a wedding at the hotel and from start to finish my stay was superb. The rooms are exceptionally large and I was fortunate to have a room facing the Mercedes track. A Comfortable bed and strong shower in the deluxe bathroom was greatly enjoyed. The wedding breakfast was of exceptional quality and served impeccably by efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast was bountiful with multiple choices that should please everyone. All in all I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in this area.

We love this hotel, had a fantastic stay for my birthday and took advantage of their spa package. Massages and the facials were amazing and the spa time was very relaxing. Beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious and well equipped! Great meal in the restaurant the food was delicious and very well presented. My only niggle would be that having had an amazing meal the night before at the restaurant is that the breakfast doesn't live up to the same expectations

Could not fault our stay at the Brooklands Hotel. I received help at the time of booking from Esther and was very impressed with her professional, friendly and swift assistance before we had even arrived. I had booked two rooms and both were immaculate and we had an extremely comfortable stay. All staff members were courteous and helpful throughout. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Ideal location for visiting Mercedes-Benz World and The Brooklands Museum also.
