What a dive ! We arrived here as a family booked into one of there supposed family rooms which was one of the most horrific hotel rooms I have ever came across. There was dirt and stains everywhere, the room had certainly not been cleaned before our arrival (and I wouldn't say ever properly)
The toilet was surrounded by urine stains, stains on the bed sheets and mattress.
The furniture is barely holding together and the strong smell of sick in the room turns your stomach. We went to reception to speak to the owners about the state of the room and they could not have been any more rude. They are certainly not friendly hoteliers. We demanded a refund which they refused and instead offered us another room. The next room we were shown was even worse.
There was a huge sick stain between the beds which the owner claimed was spilt juice and stated they can't be expected to clean it up everytime some one leaves. There was black mould around the windows and what appeared to be blood splatter on the roof. The toilet had the same urine around it, when pointed out the owner decided to use his hand to wipe around the rim of the toilet to attempt to clean it.
This was the final straw, this place is not fit for anyone to stay in let alone a family. We left and went to another lovey hotel. They refused to give us a refund, but by law they have to provide a room that is to standard and habitable, the bank agreed after seeing the photos and hey presto a refund. I advise no one stays at this place unless you like to put your health at risk, find a better (not hard) hotel, one that doesn't lie about parking, give you towels and has free WiFi.
