The best b&b I've ever stayed in. The hosts were great, amazing attention to detail, great breakfast, great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

What a wonderful stay. Location, accommodation, food, people and music. We didn't want to leave. so much so we stayed an extra night. Sharon and Nigel were amazing hosts. Super friendly and treated our dog, Chester, like absolute royalty. I'm genuinely shocked to see a review that references a poor experience when bringing a pet and how the hosts were with them.

We couldn't have had a more opposite experience. and judging by the hundreds of positive reviews on here, I'm convinced they must have stayed somewhere else. Breakfast each morning was delicious. You have to try the scrambled eggs with salmon. you can thank me later! We loved the musical theme to the hotel and that was amplified with the playlists at breakfast.

The room was beautiful and the bed super comfy. I worked remotely here whilst my girlfriend worked onsite at the naval base. Super strong wifi and a beautiful backdrop for all of my zoom calls. Nothing better than popping down to the beach with our dog between calls. The local area is great. So many great restaurants crammed into such a small area. Thanks Nigel and Sharon, we adored our stay and will 100% be back the next time we're down here for work.

My partner Liezel and I had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Chelsea House. We stayed for three days in the Dusty Springfield Room which was beautifully furnished and with a lovely balcony which gave great views of Falmouth. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Sharon who is warm, kind and a force of nature. She always made us smile and we appreciated the lovely treats we were given everyday. Nigel was equally welcoming and warm and made us excellent breakfasts every day. Congratulations Nigel and Sharon on your recent and thoroughly deserved award. We wish you continued success and very much look forward to returning in the future. Thank you both for a marvellous stay.

Lovely quiet place to stay, near the town and beaches. Immaculate presentation and cleanliness. Great night's sleep in really comfortable bed. Everything you'd like with quality appliances and attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing and so are the hosts. We look forward to staying again.

SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! What an ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STAY! I warn anyone who has a dog, this establishment is strictly not dog friendly! They claim to be (because animals have accidents right?) I had decided to take a trip to Cornwall and stay at Chelsea House to escape a very painful, very personal Bereavement. What should have been a peaceful and calming experience to help me through the loss of a loved one, turned nasty extremely quickly.

On the First Morning of my stay, the owner's Sharon and Nigel made a calculated attack by waiting to take payment from me and then to reveal only seconds later their inhospitable nature. My 8 month old puppy had an accident by relieving himself within the premises and the owners made me and my ill mother viciously aware! I stood in the doorway of my room holding my frightened puppy whilst I got shouted at by The owner Nigel.

I apologised profusely fighting to hold back tears as this man 'told me off' and made me feel as though a child. No matter how many times I apologised, he continued to shout and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, once he was done, I was left standing in my doorway as he walked away. I was threatened that if there were to be any further accidents I would be forced to pay for any "damages".

The rest of mine and my mother's stay was horrific! We were so very uncomfortable! We travelled from the other side of the country to escape our burdens only to become a burden for our hosts.

We had a ground floor room, Prince, as we brought our dog with us. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the ensuite. The balcony with table and chairs was lovely to sit out on in the sunshine. It is situated on a very quiet road so no noise at night. We had no trouble with parking on the road. Being dog friendly we were able to have breakfast in the Garden Room which is a lovely space. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place and lovely location. Great balcony with sea views, the themed rooms are great for the music lovers amongst us. Attentive service from Sharon & Nigel plus lots of nice little touches.

Immaculately clean and very spacious rooms, themed by iconic singers. The hosts are so friendly as are all of the staff. The breakfast is superb with 3 dining areas to choose from (Terrace, Sunroom or Dining room). Great location with the harbour on one side and the beach on the other. The daily cake / biscuit treat is a nice touch. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Sharon and Nigel make you feel really welcome, nothing is too much trouble, breakfast is a treat. Chelsea House has an amazing concept and is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I really can't recommend it enough. Thanks for the amazing stay, we'll be back Gareth and Leah x

I think this is the best B&B we've ever stayed in. It was incredibly clean, Nigel and Sharon were really accommodating, so friendly, so professional, attentive owners. The breakfast is delicious, you know you're onto a winner when Nigel brings out his poached eggs! Cooked to perfection. They give you some lovely homemade treats each day and every details has been thought of.

It really is an incredible stay and only a short walk to Falmouth high street and harbour. I'll be recommending to family and friends! Thank you to every one at Chelsea House for a fantastic stay!
