The staff could not have been more lovely or helpful especially Michael on Reception, Denise a cleaner and Eugene in the dining room. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed, great shower and fab view over the Clyde. Breakfast was fantastic with delicious fresh fruit, pastries and full Scottish. All facilities for my 24 hour conference were excellent and staff always at hand and helpful.
We decided to stay the week as we found the hotel such good value! Brilliant location for Glasgow with its fantastic galleries, a great day out in Edinburgh and lovely walks & scenery in the Trossachs. Plus the stunning Mackintosh Hill House. All in all i would thoroughly recommend the Golden Jubilee Hotel. Thank you to all Janice & Dave

Booked for 5 nights but had to leave after 3 due to family problem. First visited ( Beardmore as it was then) 15 years ago and back few times over the years. This visit was best yet; room 315 was excellent, clean and spacious. The staff are so friendly and breakfast so tasty. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

The service was not good waited long time meal. 5 of our meals were shocking fish over cooked peas had blown up microwave very dry had been lying definitely wasn't fresh would Never recommend it! Years ago it was beautiful in there seriously down hill for our party of 14 as rest meals no one was really impressed by any of it. Call next day manager said should said last night they sorted it.
She did say one staff about state peas and he said he forked peas that be 5 different ppls aye right. Manager didn't ask my name when I spoke her. Well over priced get better happy meal in Mac Donald's!

The hotel has just been completely refurbished and is modern, sparkling clean and rooms are beautiful. I usually hate hotel room but would easily go back. Only negative is pillows, they are new but too soft. Staff were lovely from the pool area, restaurant and reception very helpful. Food was lovely, you need to try the mussels mmmm. thanks for an enjoyable stay

The BBar and Grill in the Golden Jubilee is an excellent place to have lunch or dinner. It is also a great place to hang out with friends for coffee and drinks. The food is first class and I would particularly recommend the baked salmon which is perfectly cooked with delicious accompaniments. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed.
The dining and seating areas are uncrowded and airy, which makes customers feel safe during the pandemic. There are also great views over the gardens and river. The drinks are maybe a bit pricey, but there is no pressure to keep spending while one sits and chats. Great place, but close parking can be a bit of a problem.

I stayed 2 nights in room 340 and everything was perfect. Of course some rooms may differ and that's fine but the staff here are also excellent from the desk to the bar and dining room. The food was good and better value than my local pub. For a dining room table in a hotel that's very rare. I have already recommended this hotel to others and I would definitely return again.

Just travelled 3 hours to get here for hospital appointments yesterday/today. On the initial entry the hotel looked nice, clean and the staff were friendly. However on closer inspection of the actual room we stayed in it wasn't that nice. (understatement) The bathroom was covered in other peoples body hair, in the shower, on the floor and even on the shaving socket also stains on the toilet roll! mini fridge in the cupboard didn't work, kept everything warm and some of the furniture was cracked if that wasn't bad enough i came home with bites, even in places i won't mention but will be visiting my G.P in the morning. All in all i would recommend people either avoid or really inspect the room before you stay!

Had a Christmas lunch here with the West of Scotland Ataxia group. A very enjoyable afternoon. Plenty of disabled parking spaces and a wheelchair accessible entrance. The accessible toilet on the ground floor is rather small for wheelchair users. Very attentive staff and a lovely meal. Good value for money.
